Registration Deadline: on or before 12noon (HK time) 19 September, 2012 All registrations (regardless of mode of payment) have to be submitted online. Registration Procedure 1. Complete and submit the online registration form. Students who can certify that they are working toward a Master or PhD can enjoy the reduced rate and should email a copy of the Student ID Card or a letter of confirmation from your institution for proof of status to lp8@ust.hk at time of registration. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the registration if this documentation is not provided. 2. Confirmation of registration and payment details will be sent by email. Receipt of proof of student status will also be confirmed (for students only). Please contact us if you do not receive these confirmations soon after online registration. Registration Fee Participants are encouraged to register well in advance to benefit from early registration fees. Hotel reservation is not included in the Workshop registration. Cancellation of Registration Registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Workshop Secretariat on or before 19 September 2012. In case of registration fee paid via bank transfer, the inward and outward handling fee charged by the bank will be borne by the registrant and the cost incurred will be deducted from the registration fee to be refunded. Registration fee will not be refunded for cancellation received after the cancellation deadline. Official Receipt An official receipt for the registration fee will be available for collection at the Workshop. Admittance to Workshop There will be strictly no admittance to the workshop without registration and payment.
